Welcome to Helms Media LLC. By booking a session, purchasing a product, or interacting with this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking & Payment

• A deposit may be required to reserve your session date. The balance is due by or on the day of the shoot.

• Accepted payment methods: [cash, PayPal, Zelle, etc.].

• Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in reduced shoot time or rescheduling.

2. Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule.

• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• In case of weather or emergency, we’ll work together to find a new date.

3. Photo Delivery & Edits

• Edited photos are delivered digitally within 5–10 business days.

• Additional edits or retouching outside of the original agreement may incur extra charges.

• RAW files are not included unless licensed separately.

4. Image Usage & Copyright

• Helms Media LLC retains the copyright to all images unless licensed otherwise.

• Clients receive a usage license for personal or business promotion (e.g. social media, websites).

• You may not resell or alter images without written permission.

• I may showcase work for portfolio, social media, or promotional purposes unless requested otherwise in writing.

5. Print Sales

• Limited edition fine art prints are non-refundable unless damaged during shipping.

• Each print comes with a certificate of authenticity.

6. Privacy

• Your contact information is only used to communicate regarding your project and will never be sold or shared.

7. Legal & Liability

• Helms Media LLC is not liable for any direct or incidental damages during or after a shoot.

• By hiring or booking services, you agree to these terms in full.
